00:00 Hey guys, so this is Grey Matter Bright Mind.

00:02 It's actually a superfood cognitive support beverage.

00:06 I love these powder beverages you can take everywhere.

00:09 It comes with this cool shaker,

00:10 and it's zero sugar, plant-based,

00:13 and it's formulated by a PhD,

00:14 so I'm guessing a nutritionist.

00:16 I'm gonna start with half a packet to see how it works.

00:18 Woke up feeling a little edgy this morning.

00:21 It has a lot of great stuff that I'm used to taking,

00:23 like maca, ashwagandha, alpha-GPC,

00:27 and then just tons of other vitamins.

00:28 It's supposed to give you sustained energy,

00:30 mental clarity, enhanced focus.

00:32 So excited to give it a try.

00:34 This is the strawberry lemon flavor.

00:37 All right, so I finished a half pack about three hours ago,

00:40 and I definitely feel a difference.

00:42 I feel very just like locked in,

00:44 very grounded, nice natural energy.

00:46 Definitely pushing out a lot of work right now.

00:48 As you take it over time, over the weeks and the months,

00:51 it only improves the effect,

00:53 so really impressed with Grey Matter so far.

00:55 Check out Grey Matter.
