Lucas Gabriele
French entrepreneur born in January 2000, Lucas Gabriele is the co-founder and CEO of Youdji, now presented as the world’s largest UGC creator network. Educated at Grenoble IAE, he spent several years building and scaling his own e-commerce stores before moving to the platform side of the industry.
He first launched Scaleeo in 2022, an agency focused on producing high-performing UGC videos, before founding Youdji in 2023 alongside Quentin Gabriele. The concept: a marketplace connecting brands with UGC creators, featuring direct messaging, escrow payments, ready-to-sign contracts, and automated invoicing. The platform now claims more than 8,000 creators worldwide, far beyond the roughly 700 profiles it started with.
What makes his journey unique is the business model. Youdji is a bootstrapped company based in Paris, built by just two founders without raising external funding. The team has surpassed $5 million in annual revenue and aims to hit its first $1 million month by the end of 2026. Lucas oversees demos, sales, and partnerships, while Quentin leads product development.
Beyond Youdji, Lucas is an active figure in the build-in-public movement on LinkedIn, where he openly shares behind-the-scenes insights, metrics, and lessons from building the company. He also regularly writes detailed guides on the Youdji blog about UGC, influencer marketing, and the creator economy.
