Working from home made it hard to stay active, and squeezing in gym trips just wasn’t realistic. That’s why I got a WalkingPad. It folds away completely, so it doesn’t clutter the space, and I can script videos, plan content, and answer emails while I walk. It’s been a total game changer for building movement into my day.

00:00 Working from home with a full time job killed my movement, I was hitting 100 steps on a
00:03 bad day and nothing I tried actually worked.
00:06 Working outside in the dark in winter isn't safe and going to the gym just for steps meant
00:10 an extra hour, which meant eating late, sleeping late and losing the entire evening.
00:14 So I stopped trying to add movement to my day and started building it into what I was
00:18 already doing.
00:19 And that's why I got this walking pile, I love it because it folds away completely
00:23 so it doesn't look cluttered.
00:24 Now I script videos, plan content and answer emails while I walk, it's truly been a game
00:28 changer.
