00:03 ce taboulet de quinoa au reblochon.

00:05 Je commence par faire cuire le quinoa dans de l'eau bouillante salée pendant environ

00:08 12 minutes.

00:09 Il faut qu'il soit encore un petit peu croquant sous la dent.

00:11 Pendant ce temps, je découpe un demi-reblochon de savoir en petits dés.

00:15 Le fromage va apporter une texture fondante à notre taboulet.

00:18 Je hache ensuite grossièrement quelques tomates séchées, un peu d'herbes fraîches pour

00:21 le côté acidulé.

00:22 Aujourd'hui, ça sera de la menthe et du persil.

00:24 J'ajoute un beau filet d'huile d'olive dans le quinoa, un peu de citron et je mélange

00:28 tous les ingrédients ensemble.

00:29 Je vais laisser reposer au frigo pendant environ 2 heures pour que toutes les saveurs se mélangent.

00:33 Pour la présentation, j'ai choisi de servir taboulet dans de belles feuilles de sucrine

00:37 pour apporter une dernière petite touche de fraîcheur.
